Order via Fax by printing our faxable order form from this web site. Fill it out and send it to us at 847-516-1663 and we’ll process your order the next business day.

Order by Phone. Call us at 888-241-6700 between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM CST to place your order. If you call when the office is closed, please leave us a message so we can get back to you the next business day.

Payment – We accept Visa and MasterCard, checks, money orders and cashiers checks. We’re sorry but at this time we are not accepting orders shipped C.O.D. If paying by check, money order or cashiers check please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of stock items.

Returns – We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Defective parts or parts sent in error will be replaced at no cost to you. All other returns may be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Please note that all returns must be in like new condition to be eligible for a refund.

Please inspect your parts immediately when they arrive. Call us immediately if you receive damaged or wrong parts so we can make arrangements to replace them as quickly as possible. Returns other than damaged or wrong merchandise must be returned pre-paid.
